Google Doodles are just fantastic. I have always loved Google for their little gimmick where they change their logo whenever there is a big event – a current event or something historical. And I know that I am not the only one who has a Google Doodle fetish – many people do.

Everyday she has to bother about  the baby’s feeding, sleeping, clothing, changing and bathing.  It is the best to feed your own milk to the child. Please do not forget to give her the first milk of yours because that would contain colostrums, which is vital for the immune system of the child.   Mother’s milk will always create the body resistance and the child will be a healthy one in future.

Managing Parental Stress

Being a parent is not easy, but it is a great challenge. After all, we are responsible for helping, raising and educating our children from the stage of a baby into the stage of adulthood. Although they move on into adulthood, we never stop being parents and always want to make sure that they are doing well. As a paradox, we need to learn how to be less of a parent, in order to reduce parental stress!

As good parents, we want to protect them from the world, but the world will show up and then we need to transfer control, in other words, to let them learn to deal with the world, and even more, to let them learn from their own mistakes. Of course, this will make parental stress worse for a while, but in the long run it will be better for them to learn this way. However, this does not mean that we should not keep an eye on our children, but also we must allow them to be imperfect and they will learn to find their own way. For those of you that have mild constipation, here is a morning smoothie that will help activate your colon.  This smoothie is packed with nutrients that your body will use to regenerate your colon and body.

I have been making this smoothie for a few years.  I make enough to drink right away and to put into my thermos to drink around 10am.
